My recent stay at Galleria Midobaru was a truly remarkable experience. The architectural design of the hotel is stunning, making it an attraction in itself. The spacious rooms with private onsens added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided high-quality service throughout my visit. The food at the hotel was well-prepared and of high quality, and the breakfast spread was satisfying. The technology features in the room, such as the speaker and robot vacuum, were impressive.

While there were a few drawbacks during my stay, such as the limited English-speaking staff and the air conditioning not functioning properly, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the tasteful and beautiful room with a fantastic view. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which ensured a peaceful sleep throughout our five-night stay. Our onsen experience was amazing, and it was great to have it in our room. We were delighted with the excellent service, which included a lovely welcome drink and an amazing display of art.

We were charged extra for our infant, even though she didn't take up any space and consume anything from the hotel. The baby bed provided was of poor quality and took up valuable space in our room.
